We maintain flexibility in evaluating opportunities, although we generally target controlling investments in:

  • Providers of vertical application and other enterprise software or technology-enabled business services

  • Businesses with revenue between $5 and $100 million and EBITDA between $1 and $20 million

  • Management-led or leveraged buyouts, buildups, recapitalizations, restructurings or splitouts
